Common Problems

Back and Neck Pain

Our highly skilled and experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists will take a detailed history and perform an expert  thorough assessment to get to the bottom of your pain. At Bunbury Physiotherapy Centre we take into account all the factors including lifestyle factors that may contribute to the problem.

We apply the latest research to provide an accurate diagnosis and effective management including ‘hands-on’ treatment and individualised rehabilitation.

We treat the cause and not just the symptoms and are passionate about relieving pain and providing long-term solutions and self management advice.

Sports Injuries & Sports Screening

We currently provide screening and injury management for the South West Academy of Sport. We have physiotherapists who are able to assess and diagnose all sporting injuries for all ages from school sports through to elite athletes. Some of the sports that we are able to screen include track and field athletes, AFL, Hockey, Swimming, Tennis, Soccer, Basketball and many more.

We are able to assess whether your current training program is adequate and will be able to provide a full and thorough assessment to assist with improving or correcting any imbalances or possible problems you may have but not know about.

Headache

Headache can result from many causes.  Our experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists will perform a thorough assessment and take a detailed history to identify the cause of your headache.  We will then provide expert manual therapy and / or rehabilitation to help in providing a long-term solution.

Nerve Pain

Nerve pain can be very painful and debilitating.  The experienced clinicians at Bunbury Physiotherapy Centre will perform a thorough assessment to diagnose what is causing the nerve pain.

In the early acute stages we will work with your medical doctor to help with pain relief. Sometimes nerve problems require referral to a medical specialist which your Physiotherapist in consultation with your doctor may organise.

Once the acute painful stage has resolved your Physiotherapist will prescribe a self-management and rehabilitation program as required.
