Sports Injury Management

Our physiotherapists are able to assess and treat all sporting injuries whether they are acute, recurrent or ongoing problems.

We perform a thorough examination, which will include a running assessment on the treadmill if required.

We are able to treat and help you manage your acute injuries and will progress the rehabilitation to return you to your sport of choice.

Persistent Pain

Most injuries are due to strains and sprains that will heal relatively quickly but in some cases the pain becomes chronic or persistent. At Bunbury Physiotherapy Centre we are able to help determine why your pain returns or why it never goes away.

Our physiotherapists all have many years of experience dealing with complex pain problems and continue to keep updated on the most recent research.  This allows them to be able to assess these problems and explain why you experience ongoing pain and disability. They are able to guide you through rehabilitation which will assist in you overcoming your problem.

Sports Screening and Injury Prevention

We currently provide screening and injury management for the South West Academy of Sport. We have physiotherapists who are able to assess and diagnose all sporting injuries for all ages from school sports through to elite athletes.

Some of the sports that we are able to screen include Track and Field athletes, AFL, Hockey, Swimming, Tennis, Soccer, Basketball and many more.

We are able to assess whether your current training program is adequate and will be able to provide a full and thorough assessment to assist with improving or correcting any imbalances or possible problems you may have but not know about.
